Glenn Shepard seminars are not intended for CEO’s.
They’re specifically targeted toward front-line supervisors that have to deal with “in the trenches” issues of management on a daily basis. Issues such as how to find people to hire when the labor market is tight, how to get the different generations to work together, how to manage problem employees, how to motivate people, etc.
Supervisors, managers, and business owners from nearly every industry including manufacturing, healthcare, legal, law enforcement, mining, publishing, trucking, airlines, government, ministry, non-profit, education, hospitality, retail, funeral homes, insurance, and banking have attended.
